Sometimes things just a bit wonky.
Here's are some things that you can try:
- Try refreshing your browser window (cntr+R on a PC or command-R on a Mac).
- Close out your browser (not just the browser window, but the application) completely, reopen your browser and see if the video will now play.
- Try a different browser (if that's an option).
If you're still having issues, send us a support ticket and include ALL of the following information:
- Are you viewing the site with a PC, Mac, tablet or smart phone?
- What browser are you using?
- If you're using Internet Explorer (IE), what version of IE are you using (IE 8, IE 9, IE 10)
- If you're using a tablet or smart phone, what is the brand and version (iPad 2, Samsung Galaxy, etc.) The more information about what you're using, the better.
